If customers forget to pick up the items, it will be the customers' liability to pay for the shipping at any cost to the destination address. Ling's tailoring and alteration do not provide any additional service, such as shipping, for customers who forgots to pick up their items. It is the customer's own responsibility to remember to pick up their own items on a scheduled date and time.

My name is Ling, your personal seamstress. It is my job to use my skills and experience to make you look fabulous.
Currently, we are accepting customers with appointments. Due to my medical condition, I believe this is a better way to serve you and meet with clients on scheduled date and time. We are doing our best to keep our closed date posted in advance and thank you for your understanding and kindness.
